EPCOR invites qualified contractors to participate in a Request for Information regarding our Project Lexington Construction strategy and planning. EPCOR is developing a groundwater supply project in Lee County, Texas. As part of this project, EPCOR intends to competitively procure a designer and contractor to complete the full design and construction
